This is by far, our most popular and comprehensive consultation offering. This is affordable, on-demand compliance support, but only when you request it. Do you find yourself needing expert advice on that “curveball situation” you don’t encounter every day? We provide real-world knowledge and guidance for these scenarios for a fraction of the cost of a full time compliance manager.

This service is particularly helpful for those entities planning or undergoing a PBRA RAD conversion from HUD’s Public Housing Program to HUD’s Section 8 Program. As housing agencies embark on these conversions, they often find they need expert guidance identifying and navigating the operational nuances between funding mechanisms and occupancy regulations in the two programs. These programmatic changes have a significant impact on the finance and leasing staff at these properties. Our services provide support for funding continuity and an organized transition.

Our firm also specializes in HUD Secure System (WASS) Setup for Coordinators and Users to aid owners in gaining access to required subsystems, like Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) required to manager a HUD multifamily property.

$300/Hour billed in 15 minute increments (5 file limit)

Our certified staff will complete a comprehensive review of up to five tenant files. Upon completion of the review, you’ll receive a summary assessment report detailing any isolated or systemic observations/deficiencies noted, accompanied by recommendations for procedural or policy modifications, as well as any form revisions necessary to ensure compliance.

 

PRE-MANAGEMENT AND OCCUPANCY REVIEW (MOR) OCCUPANCY ASSESSMENTS

$300/Hour

When scheduled in advance, our team can perform a remote leasing and occupancy policy and procedure assessment prior to the anticipated MOR review. These assessments are focused on leasing and occupancy aspects of your operation (to include the appropriate use of HUD’s EIV System), as evaluated on HUD’s Form 9834 Management and Occupancy Review Form.

Owners that undergo these preliminary assessments can then make the necessary adjustments, prior to the audit, to avoid findings which may result in higher subcategory ratings.
