We deliver timely, thorough feedback with quick turnaround times. Move-Ins/Initial Tenant Income Certifications (TICs) are generally reviewed within three business days, and Annual Tenant Income Certifications or Interims are reviewed within ten business days. “Urgent” reviews are available and can be discussed.
File reviews include the following components:
- Ensuring all federally and state required documents are included in the submission
- Ensuring all eligibility requirements are properly verified
- Calculation of Income, Assets, and Expenses (if necessary) to determine eligibility
- Review of the household composition and student rule requirements specific to the housing program(s)
Final review of TICs and 50059s includes confirmation of compliance with household composition, income, assets, expenses, rent, income limits, student status, and set aside designation as appropriate for the program.
File Audit Services
In addition to regular, ongoing fille review services, we're also available to perform file audits for HUD and LIHTC properties.
Our team will review the certifications completed according to your directives. We will use HUD's audit forms in the case of HUD properties, or audit files to the state Housing Finance Agency's requirements in the case of LIHTC properties.
